Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

   • Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

   • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received—with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

   • Shipping Label: Our orders do not include a prepaid return shipping label.

   • Procedure: To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation for the return. Including photos or a video of any defect or damage is encouraged to help expedite the process.

3. Refund Process

   • Inspection & Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will update you via email regarding your refund status.

   • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

   • Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or not as ordered (including size discrepancies).

   • Instructions: To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with the same information required for a return. If the item is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Order Cancellation

   • Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

   • After Production: Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

   • Address Accuracy: Please verify that your shipping address (including street name and house number) is correct. Any delivery issues arising from an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.
