Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Linona. Please review the following policy, which governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders delivered within the United States.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received—with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Shipping Label: Our orders do not include a prepaid return shipping label.
Procedure: To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation for the return. Including photos or a video of any defect or damage is encouraged to help expedite the process.
Refund Process
Inspection & Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will update you via email regarding your refund status.
Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or not as ordered (including size discrepancies).
Instructions: To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with the same information required for a return. If the item is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Production: Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Address Accuracy: Please verify that your shipping address (including street name and house number) is correct. Any delivery issues arising from an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.
