At Linona, we accept all major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover—as well as PayPal. Full payment is required before we begin processing and shipping your order.

Once you place an order, we will perform a payment authorization check to ensure sufficient funds are available. If approved, your card will be charged, securing your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which also serves as proof of payment.

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, production will only begin once payment is successfully confirmed.

To complete your purchase, select “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You will be securely redirected to a payment gateway, where you can enter your card details or complete your transaction via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal, and your statement will reflect the charge accordingly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, whether PayPal or your credit/debit card.

For your security, we do not store or process credit card details on linona.com, and we ensure that your payment information remains private and is never shared with third parties.
